Business Analyst cum Developer (Jira)

Technical Operations

• Administer and support Jira Data Center infrastructure, including upgrades, configuration, and plugin management, such as ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting.
• Maintain and support SSL/TLS and HTTPS configurations, including migration and transition activities where required.
• Debug, maintain, and support REST API integrations between Jira and external systems.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues, including database connection management and performance tuning.

Product & Systems

• Develop a strong understanding of Jira Data Center capabilities and recommend appropriate technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system features, configurations, and technical solutions.
• Configure and support Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps) and address cross-project dependencies within Jira Data Center.

Support & Stakeholder Management

• Monitor and manage SLA compliance, ticket triage, and issue resolution across different severity levels.
• Act as a primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate technical solutions, and support issue resolution.
