Working Hours: Office Hours, 5 Days

Job Scope:

• Manage daily office and facilities operations
• Plan office seating, meeting rooms and workplace amenities
• Coordinate office relocation and renovation projects
• Handle procurement, vendors and facilities maintenance
• Support office set-up for new facilities
• Manage tenancy, occupancy and lease-related matters
• Coordinate retail and estate improvement projects
• Work closely with internal departments, vendors and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Management or related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in office operations, facilities or workplace management
• Experience handling office relocation, renovation or space planning projects
