Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail or service sector.

• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Experience in leading and inspiring a team to exceed performance expectations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Customer-centric mindset with established relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors.
