About this job
Job Summary
Oversee construction site activities to ensure quality, compliance, and timely project completion through effective supervision, coordination, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction works on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
- Inspect and verify quality of works against contract drawings and specifications
- Perform all site supervision duties in compliance with Building Control Regulations
- Coordinate with main contractors and consultants to ensure safe and timely project completion
- Participate in project and site meetings to identify and resolve site issues promptly
- Prepare and submit regular weekly and monthly progress reports to consultants
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

- Start dates available: September 2026, October 2026, November 2026, December 2026, January 2027
- Part of supervision team for Non-landed Residential project at Tampines Street 95 & Woodlands Drive 17, Holland Link & Holland Plain.
