Head Coach

We are looking for a head coach to spearhead our coaching academy in Singapore.

Operating from private condo courts and public courts, the head coach will be tasked with running various group and private classes. While helping to manage a team of coaches doing the same.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coaching individuals and groups at public courts or private condominiums.
• Delivering lessons with excellent technical and tactical advice.
• Ensuring safety during all sessions.
• Staying up to date with lesson tracking and admin tasks.
• Managing court bookings and maintaining required coaching hours.
• Offering various lesson types including Kids, Adults, Private and Group classes.
• Traveling around the city as needed.

Skills, Experience & Attributes Required:

• 5+ years of coaching experience. International experience is a plus.
• Accredited coach from a recognised governing body (ITF, LTA, USTA).
• Experience working with all ages and levels.
• Strong schedule planning skills and a responsibility to maintain working hours.
• The capacity to be flexible and self-motivated.
• An ability to problem-solve and adjust coaching techniques based on pupilage/ability or group size.
• High level of competition experience.
