Executive (Program Planning)
About this job
We are looking for a motivated andresourceful individual to join our team in planning and delivering impactfulprogrammes for children and youth. This role blends programme management,research, and evaluation, with opportunities to shape meaningfulinitiatives in enrichment, health, and holistic development.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management
Oversee and manage key programmes, including:
- Reach for the Stars (Enrichment)
- FRESH
- SPEED
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and on-site execution
Liaise with vendors, enrichment partners, volunteers, and donors
Ensure smooth operations and positive programme experiences
Co-Curricular Programme Support
- Support the lead staff in planning and running non-academic programmes such as:
- Learning Journeys, Life Skills Workshops, Celebrations & Holiday Activities
- Assist with programme design, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
- Ensure programmes are delivered smoothly, safely, and effectively
Programme Evaluation & Improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programmes (FRESH, SPEED and Reach for the Stars)
- Develop and track KPIs and outcome metrics
- Analyse feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare reports and insights for management and board updates
Research & Development
- Stay updated on trends in: Health and nutrition , Sports and physical development, Youth lifestyle and holistic development
- Apply insights to enhance programme design and delivery
Enrichment Landscape & Partnerships
- Research and understand Singapore’s non-academic enrichment ecosystem (e.g. sports, music, dance, arts)
- Identify and recommend suitable enrichment programmes and partners
- Benchmark offerings to ensure quality and relevance
Administration & Coordination
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Respond to enquiries from stakeholders
- Support reporting and organisational processes
