Planner (Pharma MNC, North, Up to $5k) #HFT

Location: North Singapore

Company Bus Pickup: Woodlands / Admiralty

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Production Scheduling

• Schedule production based on customer orders, distribution orders, safety stock, due dates and machine capabilities

• Release Manufacturing Orders according to production schedules

• Follow up on rework processes from NCRs

• Monitor production progress and update production plans

• Work closely with Production to resolve backlogs

Inventory & Raw Material Planning

• Plan inventory levels for finished products, WIP and raw materials

• Monitor excess, slow-moving and dead stock to minimise obsolescence

• Initiate write-off processes where required

• Review material requirements and reschedule deliveries according to production needs

• Call in local materials to support production schedules

Order Fulfilment

• Advise Customer Service on stock availability

• Communicate changes in stock availability when unforeseen issues arise

Quality Management

• Work with QC to ensure products are approved on time

• Coordinate with QC, R&D, Purchasing, Production and other teams on NCR matters

• Follow up on NCR decisions and participate in Material Review Board activities

Operations Support

• Develop and maintain procedures/work instructions

• Track KPIs and support quality & financial audits

• Prepare Supply Chain reports and maintain ERP data

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant/general discipline

• 1–3 years’ experience in a batch manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of MRP II

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Resourceful and decisive with strong problem-solving abilities

• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
