BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE [PPA2-001-08]

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach strategies
• Support the development and execution of business growth strategies aligned with organisational objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business success
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to support client acquisition and retention efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless business development execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
• Track and report on business development performance metrics and pipeline progress for management review
• Represent the organisation at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings with confidence and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
• Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
