CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE [PPA2-001-08]

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of corporate development initiatives that drive organisational growth and operational excellence
• Assist in identifying strategic partnership opportunities and managing relationships with key business stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare corporate reports, presentations, and proposals for management review and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Support the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Monitor corporate performance metrics and contribute insights to improve overall business effectiveness
• Represent the organisation professionally in meetings, forums, and corporate engagements with clients and partners

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
• Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
