PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE [PPA2-001-08]

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute public engagement initiatives that strengthen community relationships and enhance brand visibility
• Develop and manage outreach programmes, public events, and community engagement activities from concept to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, media partners, and key public stakeholders
• Create compelling public-facing content including press releases, event materials, and digital communications
• Monitor public sentiment and media coverage to identify engagement opportunities and manage reputation effectively
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure all public engagement efforts are brand-aligned
• Represent the organisation at public events, community forums, and stakeholder engagements with professionalism
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of public engagement initiatives and prepare reports with actionable recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
• Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
