Job Description:
Our client is a Medical Concierge service provider. This role is to assist the business development department.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Work with business development department for all coordination and attend to client/patient enquiries
- Responsible for all documentation and filing related to patient.
- Support HOD for operational activities
- Identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Good career growth to be trained up as Business Development Executive
Requirements:
- Prefer minimum 1 year of experience in medical concierge, medical insurance advisor or related experience.
- Sales-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork.
- Strong understanding and interest of local and regional healthcare industry.
