Production Line Leader (5D/Up to $6k/Boon Lay) - YH

Salary : $5,500 - $6,000
Working hour : 44 Hours (5 Days Week)
Location : Boon Lay

Job description:
* Supervise daily production activities and operator performance.

* Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

* Operate and set up SMT BGA rework stations, including profiling, alignment, reflow, component removal and replacement, and inspection.

* Monitor production progress and report any issues promptly.

* Work closely with Production, QA, and Engineering teams.

* Ensure operators follow SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and quality requirements.

* Train and guide production operators.

* Maintain basic production records and reports.

* Support continuous improvement of production processes.

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.

* Previous experience as a Production Line Leader, Team Leader, or Lead Operator is preferred.

* Hands-on experience in SMT, soldering, and BGA rework.

* Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is an advantage.

* Good leadership and team management skills.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
