Learning & Development Specialist [GOVT] (1-Year Contract | Buona Vista | Up to $5500)

Join the Service and Operations Management team to support the development of service, compliance and enforcement capabilities across the Public Service.

• As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will design, manage and deliver learning interventions for public-sector practitioners. Your work will include identifying learning needs, developing curricula and learning resources, facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders and evaluating programme effectiveness.

• You will work with subject matter experts and external partners to develop learning materials such as e-learning content, videos, podcasts, toolkits, case studies and role plays. You may also support consultancy and transformation projects for public agencies.

• The role offers exposure to programme design, facilitation, competency development and public-sector transformation work. Hybrid and flexible work arrangements are available.

• Candidates with relevant L&D, adult learning, curriculum design or training facilitation experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience in L&D, curriculum design or facilitation are also welcome.
