Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring and managing WIP and customer backlog
- Plan daily production schedule for manufacturing execution and work with cross-functional team to meet SOD
- Manage customer demand forecast & capacity allocation
- Act as customer interface in providing daily operational updates to customers
- Improve capacity utilization through better device mix management
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business / Manufacturing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work well with teams
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
