Key Success Measure

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Identify and pursue potential clients
• Lead generation and training will be provided
• Sales and marketing research analysis and strategies
• Relationship development
• CRM pipeline and Stakeholder communication
• Upsell or cross-sell services and solutions based on client needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent first experience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts

Pre-requisites

• Polytechnic Diploma or bachelor’s degree,
• Adaptability and Learning ability
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Customer service mindset
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
