Audit Manager/Senior Manager

Our client, a well-established and growing corporate services provider, is looking to appoint an Audit Manager/Senior Manager to lead and grow their audit practice. This is a strategic leadership position offering the opportunity to shape client relationships, drive technical excellence, and mentor a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for various clients
• Serve as a key advisor to clients, offering insights on regulatory, financial reporting, and risk-related matters
• Oversee quality assurance and technical excellence across all engagements
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, contributing to business development and growth
• Manage and mentor audit teams, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables
• Stay abreast of developments in financial regulations, accounting standards, and market trends

Requirements:

• Recognized accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA)
• Minimum 10 years of audit experience
• Prior experience in a public accounting or corporate services firm is essential
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent client management, interpersonal, and communication skills
