JOB SCOPE

Client Acquisition.

Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.

📊Financial Planning - Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans aligned to client goals.

🛡️Risk Assessment- Evaluate client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance, investment, and protection products.

💼Portfolio Management- Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, adjusting recommendations to reflect market changes and life events.

📋Regulatory Compliance- Adhere to all relevant financial regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards governing financial advice.

🎯Sales Targets- Meet monthly and quarterly production targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates.

📚Continuous Learning- Pursue ongoing professional development, certifications, and product knowledge training as required.

👥Client Relationship Management- Build long-term trust-based relationships through regular engagement, reviews, and proactive communication.

📈Business Development- Contribute to team growth by participating in events, seminars, and strategic business development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
