QA Site Head – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - Singapore

A well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced QA Site Head to lead site-wide quality operations.

The QA Site Head will:

• Own site quality performance, ensuring products consistently meet client and regulatory expectations
• Build, optimize, and maintain the site's quality management system in line with GMP and regulatory standards
• Review and approve quality procedures, manuals, and periodic quality reviews
• Drive CAPA effectiveness through deviation investigations, incident handling, self-inspections, and external audits
• Serve as the key quality contact for clients, hosting audits and following through on corrective actions
• Review and approve validation master plans (VMP) and validation documentation
• Lead quality training and champion a strong quality culture across the site
• Escalate quality risks and trends to top management in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with EHS laws, SOPs, and actively support EHS culture-building (training, drills, working groups)

To be shortlisted for the role, you will come with:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production, testing, and quality management; solid grasp of GMP regulations
• Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, auditors, site teams, and senior management.
• Strong computer/IT skills
• A minimum of 8+ years of quality management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Strong coordination, communication, and scientific problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership ability, with experience in leading, assigning, and developing quality teams.
