Capital Markets & Treasury Sales Manager

• Engaging with institutional clients like Hedge Funds, Real Money Funds, Private Equity Funds and family offices to pitch Bank’s capabilities in Capital Market products like FX, interest rates and bonds
• Working closely with relationship teams for onboarding and enabling these clients for dealing with the Bank
• Business development and sales to potential clients for capital market products like Foreign Exchange, Interest Rates and Bonds
• Work in close liaison with various support groups (relationship team, risk, compliance, and legal) for on boarding and documentation with these clients
• Active lead generation from different sources such as embassies, trade associations, networking events, etc. and target routing of forex, interest rate and bond flows with ICICI Bank
• Constant engagement with clients for business development
• Maintain reputation of the Bank in engagements with market counterparties by maintaining professional and ethical conduct
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal departments to ensure ongoing adherence to extant regulations. Liaison with other internal departments including Ops, Risk, Finance, IAD, Technology etc. to improve processes and procedures
• Developing business strategy to expand franchise via targeting new client segment, new product
• Undertake projects and assignments related to new products, policy change, process improvements etc.

Key skills:

• Sales and relationship management – approaching new clients and converting them for the Bank
• Knowledge of capital market products like forex, derivatives and bonds is desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills, for effectively pitching forex and interest rate linked products/ hedging solutions and bonds to clients
• Capability to learn on the job and develop knowledge of cross border regulations on FX, interest rate and bond product
• Ability to initiate discussions with clients, on boarding clients based on ISDA and other relevant documents and execute FX and derivatives deals with clients
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills - liaising with compliance, risk, business and operations teams at various stage of deal life cycle and ensure closure
