Sales and Marketing Executive / HORECA Frozen Foods

About the role

Drive sales growth in the Foodservice segment by promoting frozen processed foods and seasonings to end users and distributors. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, active market penetration, and the ability to leverage existing industry networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow sales in the FS (HORECA) channel, focusing primarily on frozen processed foods and seasonings

• Identify and acquire new customers (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafés, institutional kitchens)

• Utilize existing FS networks to accelerate customer acquisition

• Conduct regular sales visits to end users and distributors to drive product adoption and volume growth

• Execute effective product presentations, sampling, menu applications, and demonstrations

• Manage assigned distributors to ensure strong market coverage and product availability

• Monitor distributor performance: sales volume, stock levels, pricing, and promotional execution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs

• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the Assistant Manager

About you

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline preferred

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Foodservice segment

• Strong network with end-users and distributors in FS/HORECA

• Proven track record as a hunter in acquiring new customers

• Experience selling frozen processed foods or related foodservice products

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Other information

• Base salary between 4,500 - $5,500 with Meal allowance, Car allowance, Mobile phone allowance

• Variable bonus
