About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Systems & Operations Specialist to be responsible for the administration, configuration, integration, and day-to-day operation of finance systems, including Xero, Zoho Expense, ApprovalMax, and related applications. The role ensures finance processes are efficient, compliant, and automated while providing system support to users and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Xero, Zoho Expense, ApprovalMax, and related finance systems
• Configure users, approval workflows, expense policies, Chart of Accounts, tracking categories, and system settings
• Manage integrations between Xero and connected finance applications, ensuring accurate data synchronization
• Support expense claims, invoice approvals, accounts payable workflows, and reimbursement processes.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues, working with vendors where required.
• Train users, prepare system documentation, and provide ongoing support
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems
• 2-3 years of experience in finance systems administration, finance operations, or a related role
• Experience with Xero, Zoho Expense, ApprovalMax, or similar cloud finance applications
• Knowledge of finance operations, accounts payable, and approval workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
