About this job

Company Overview

La Royale Group is an investment holding group with a portfolio across technology, entertainment and lifestyle. We build, back and scale businesses across these three sectors, combining capital, operational depth and a long-term view of brand value.

About the Role

We're hiring an AI Content Executive to own the day-to-day production of our AI-driven content and social output - turning strategy and briefs into finished, published content at pace. You'll be the maker behind our AI personas and social channels: producing high-volume, platform-native content, building and running personas to brief, and keeping the content calendar moving across multiple accounts and markets.

Just as importantly, you'll bring a data-minded approach - using performance metrics to understand what's working, sharpen what you produce, and report results back clearly. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical: loves creating content at volume with AI tools, has a sharp eye for formats and trends, and is comfortable letting the numbers guide decisions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content & Personas

  • High-volume content production. Create platform-native AI content; video, image, carousel, short-form - across multiple AI personas, to agreed briefs.
  • Persona building. Build and maintain AI personas; voice, style, and content narrative.
  • Influencer build. Produce the agreed AI personas and content sets for different business units to brief.
  • Toolchain & publishing. Run the Group's AI content toolchain (e.g. HeyGen, image/video generation, LLM tools) and publish through the automation pipeline established.
  • Calendar & scheduling. Own the content calendar, scheduling, and multi-account publishing day-to-day.

Analytics & Optimisation

  • Performance tracking. Track content and channel metrics (reach, engagement, watch-through, follower growth) across personas and accounts, and maintain clean, structured reporting.
  • Data-led iteration. Analyse what's performing, run simple A/B tests on hooks and formats, and use the results to sharpen content decisions.
  • Reporting & insight. Turn numbers into clear, concise insight for the Manager - what moved, why, and what to do next

Wider Content Support

  • Owned channels. Produce content for the Group's LinkedIn and social channels - graphics, video, carousels, and copy.
  • Executive visibility & comms. Provide production support for executive-visibility and thought-leadership content (formatting, visuals, scheduling).
  • Repurposing. Turn communications and PR moments into social and content assets.
  • Campaigns & events. Support content for Group campaigns and events as needed.
  • Documentation. Maintain content playbooks and documentation so the operation stays repeatable.

Skills & Experience

  • 0 to 2 years creating social/digital content at volume, ideally across multiple channels or brands.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools (e.g. HeyGen, image/video generation, LLM tools) - or a strong appetite and aptitude to master them quickly.
  • A creative eye for formats, hooks, and platform trends, with solid copywriting and visual sense.
  • Comfortable working with numbers - reading content/social analytics, spotting trends in data, and drawing practical conclusions.
  • Experience with analytics tools - native platform insights and spreadsheets at minimum; bonus for Looker Studio, GA, or similar.
  • A test-and-learn mindset - forms a hypothesis, measures it, and iterates rather than relying on gut alone.
  • Comfortable with short-form video creation and editing.
  • Strong organisation - able to juggle multiple personas, accounts, and deadlines without dropping quality.
  • Self-directed: can take a brief and run with it independently once the direction is set.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Equal parts creative and analytical - makes strong content and can prove what's working with data.
  • A maker who loves producing content at volume and takes pride in consistency and quality.
  • Fluent (or fast-learning) with AI content tools, and excited to work at the front edge of AI-driven content.
  • Happy owning execution and production - thrives on clear briefs, not on setting strategy.
  • Reliable and organised - the kind of person a manager can hand a brief to and trust it ships.

Note: Alongside your CV, please submit a portfolio, samples of AI-assisted or high-volume social content you have generated.
