About the Role

Are you a visual storyteller who knows how to make medical aesthetic concepts engaging, sleek, and digestible?

We are an established medical aesthetic clinic looking for a versatile

Social Media Creative & Videographer

to lead our short-form video production, create eye-catching advertorials and social media presence. You will work directly with our medical director and clinic team to create high-performing content across various social media platforms.

This is a

hands-on hybrid role

requiring equal parts creative direction, videography/editing, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production & Videography (60%)

• Shoot & Edit: Direct, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) optimized for vertical mobile viewing.
  
• Doctor-Led Content: Direct and frame our doctors in comfortable, engaging formats (educational breakdowns, myth-busting, device explanations, Q&As).
  
• B-Roll & Aesthetic Shots: Capture cinematic, high-grade clinic visuals, treatment procedure workflows, skin texture close-ups, and lifestyle/brand imagery.
  
• Post-Production: Execute dynamic editing, color grading, motion graphics, captions, audio balancing, and sound design to keep pacing fast and engaging.
  

2. Strategy & Content Creation (30%)

• Manage the content calendar from concept ideation to scripting, scheduling, and posting across all social platforms.
  
• Stay updated on viral social media trends, trending audio, transition styles, and storytelling formats applicable to the wellness and luxury aesthetic space.
  
• Monitor performance analytics (reach, saves, shares, retention rates) to refine future content strategies.
  

3. Regulatory & Brand Compliance (10%)

• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure all content strictly adheres to Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH/HCSA) and Singapore Medical Council (SMC) advertising guidelines:
  No before/after result promises, no exaggerated/laudatory claims, no direct patient testimonials, and strict adherence to educational/informative framing.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in content creation, videography, and social media management. Experience in aesthetic medical clinics, or personal experience as a social media influencer is a strong advantage.
  
• Technical Skills:
  Proficient with camera setups (Sony A7-series or equivalent, mobile cinema setups, lighting, wireless lapel audio).
  High proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, plus Photoshop/Canva for basic graphic assets.
  
• Social-Native Instincts: Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms, retention hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  
• Communication & On-Set Confidence: Ability to direct doctors and clinical staff comfortably in front of the camera, giving clear, supportive direction.
  
• Self-Starter: Highly organized, capable of managing a content calendar independently, and meeting tight editing deadlines.
