Sales & Admin Coordinator (Full Time)

Salary: $2500

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Office located at Ubi (408564)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales administration.
• Send quotations to customers based on pricing provided by the Sales Manager.
• Follow up with customers via email regarding quotations and sales inquiries.
• Maintain quotation records and customer correspondence.
• Prepare, photocopy, scan, print, and organize documents.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and company records.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
• Support the team with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills & Attributes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good written communication and email etiquette.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
