Dental Assistant cum Receptionist

Job Summary

Join a friendly, fast-paced dental clinic in Orchard as a Dental Assistant. Support dentists in procedures, maintain infection control, prepare and sterilize instruments, and assist with scheduling and front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during various dental procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care
• Maintain high standards of infection control to safeguard patient and staff health
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments following clinic protocols to ensure safety and readiness
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on dental equipment and instruments to ensure proper functioning
• Schedule patient appointments and assist with front desk duties to support clinic operations
• Adapt to additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager to meet clinic needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in dental assisting preferred; training will be provided for candidates without experience
• Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating effectively with clinic staff to support patient care
• Use computer skills to manage scheduling and clinic records efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members to enhance service quality
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet clinic demands

Working Hours:

• 5 working days per week with 2 rest days
• 2 days: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
• 3 days: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
