Student Programme & Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for CCAs and student development activities
• Coordinate programmes, events, camps and other school activities
• Manage attendance records, documentation and administrative matters
• Support procurement, budget tracking and engagement of instructors/vendors
• Coordinate logistics, inventory and programme requirements
• Assist with risk management and compliance with school procedures
• Communicate and coordinate with students, parents, teachers, instructors and external stakeholders
• Monitor students' participation and welfare during activities
• Support the smooth delivery of school and student development programmes

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Suitable candidates with GCE A-Level qualifications may also be considered
• Experience in administration, logistics, events or project management will be advantageous
• Experience working with students/youths will be advantageous
• Previous student leadership experience such as CCA Leader, Prefect, Class Chairperson or Peer Support Leader is an advantage
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
• IT savvy and comfortable handling documentation and administrative systems
• Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team
• Responsible, proactive and service-oriented
