Job Summary

Join Wild Dynasty as a Mathematics Educator to enhance AI-powered learning content for Primary students. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, engagement, and suitability of Mathematics explanations and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance Primary Mathematics questions, solutions, and learning content to improve educational quality
• Analyze common student errors to recommend targeted learning support strategies
• Evaluate AI-generated Mathematics content for accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness
• Develop clear, age-appropriate explanations and learning guidance for Primary students
• Support curriculum development initiatives and conduct quality assurance checks
• Provide actionable input on student and educator learning experiences to improve platform usability
• Participate in product testing and suggest practical improvements to enhance learning outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, UX/UI, and Content teams to align educational goals with technical development

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Education, Mathematics Education, or a related field
• Familiarity with Singapore Primary Mathematics curriculum
• Ability to clearly explain Mathematics concepts to children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Mathematics teaching, curriculum development, or education content creation
• Experience with Singapore Primary Mathematics teaching
• Background in EdTech or digital learning platforms
• Knowledge of international curricula
• Experience in teacher training
• Familiarity with AI-assisted educational tools
