Job Summary
The HR Executive supports the daily Human Resources and administrative functions of the Company. The role includes recruitment, employee onboarding, foreign worker administration, HR administration, staff welfare, facilities coordination and Company asset management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in recruiting blue-collar employees such as drivers, warehouse assistants, movers, watchmen and operators.
- Post job advertisements and arrange interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, letters of appointment and employment contracts.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.
- Issue employee ID cards, uniforms and Company assets.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare HR letters and other employment documents.
- Update employee information in the HR system.
- Assist with leave and attendance administration.
Foreign Worker Administration
- Apply, renew and cancel Work Permits and other work passes.
- Monitor and update the Company's foreign worker quota.
- Maintain work pass records and monitor expiry dates.
- Liaise with MOM, employment agencies and relevant authorities on work pass matters.
Staff Welfare
- Assist in organising staff welfare activities and company events.
- Maintain pantry supplies and staff welfare items.
- Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries.
Facilities & Company Assets
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors.
- Monitor office stationery and general supplies.
- Maintain records of Company assets, including laptops, mobile phones, access cards and office equipment.
- Coordinate the issuance, return and inventory of Company assets.
General
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and Company information.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Preferably with Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
- Experience in local and foreign recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
