Recruitment Consultant | Purpose Driven

We are a boutique HR Consultancy Company that provides HR Services such as Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Projects, etc. We are looking for purpose-driven personnel to join us as Recruitment Consultants.

What does the role entail :

• Identify and connect with new and existing customers to develop and maintain business relationships
• Work closely with clients as an external talent acquisition partner by sourcing candidates through direct recruiting, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, existing database, etc
• Understand the experience and aspirations of potential candidates and manage their expectations
• Build & maintain excellent clients and candidates' relationships
• Ensure that the Lightway's objectives and sales targets are achieved

What are we looking for :

• Minimum Diploma in any studies with relevant experience from a recruitment environment or the Human Resource-related field
• Knowledge of the recruitment process and the market’s best practices.
• Familiar with relevant industry trends and developments.
• Strong drive to fulfill purpose and succeed in job matching
• Passionate about identifying talent needs and supporting aspiring talents in identifying the right career path and employers
• A proactive and self-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Independent and team-oriented
• Comfortable working with commission-based income
