Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects . You will work with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion and handover.

• Coordinate internal stakeholders, clients, contractors, and suppliers.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.

• Lead project meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Experience or internship in project management, engineering, technical project coordination.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management or engineering software is an advantage.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
