Tender Admin (6-month Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a 6-month maternity cover position.

Responsibilities:

A tender administrator plays a pivotal role in the tender life cycle. This role assists in the tender process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out. Collates & checks documentation within the tendering and contract process.

• Assist in preparing tender submissions.
• Compile tender documents and supporting information.
• Liaise with internal departments for documentation.
• Maintain tender records and filing.
• Perform general administrative duties related to the tender function.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Construction Industry. (Added Advantage)
• Good interpersonal skills with multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work independently.

Additional Information

• This is a temporary maternity cover position for approximately 6 months.
• Estimated Monthly Salary Package: S$2,000–S$2,500, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
• Candidates who are available to commence work within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
