E-Commerce Warehouse Associate

Join a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse team where you’ll help ensure customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

No prior warehouse experience is required — training will be provided.

Salary & Working Hours

• Day Shift: up to S$2,100/month
• Night Shift: up to S$2,400/month
• 44-hour work week
• 3 to 6 Months Contract Role
• Shift-based working arrangement

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Carry out daily warehouse operations including receiving, stowing, replenishment and stock arrangement to support smooth store operations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Check incoming goods during receiving and stowing to ensure product type, quantity and condition are acceptable before placement.
• Replenish and organise stocks at the designated locations to maintain product availability and facilitate efficient order picking.
• Check product condition and expiry dates and practise proper stock rotation in accordance with operational requirements.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety requirements and company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse by practising 5S workplace organisation principles as part of daily operations.
• Handle warehouse tools and equipment responsibly and report any defects, damages or operational issues promptly.
• Complete required data entry, operational records and compliance reporting accurately and within the required timeline.
• Use designated company systems and communication platforms, where required, for operational updates, training, reporting and issue escalation.
• Adhere to the latest SOPs and operational resources provided by the company when carrying out assigned duties.
• Practise safe work procedures and remain mindful of the safety of colleagues, delivery personnel and other individuals working within the warehouse.
• Support manpower deployment and ad-hoc duties at nearby outlets/stores when operationally required.
• Report stock discrepancies, system/access issues, safety concerns or other operational matters to the Outlet In-Charge/Warehouse Manager promptly.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, picking and carrying goods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to use a smartphone, handheld device or basic digital applications for work purposes.
• Responsible, punctual and able to follow operational instructions and SOPs.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to support deployment to nearby outlets when operationally required.
