About the Role

Join a collaborative clinical research team dedicated to advancing patient care through meaningful research. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting clinical studies by coordinating participant recruitment and follow-up, managing study documentation, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure studies are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with research protocols. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving healthcare through clinical research.


Key Responsibilities

  • Screen and assess potential participants for study eligibility.
  • Obtain informed consent and conduct baseline and outcome assessments.
  • Administer study questionnaires and collect research data accurately.
  • Coordinate participant appointments, laboratory tests, and study procedures.
  • Conduct scheduled telephone follow-ups and monitor participant outcomes.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate participant care.
  • Send appointment reminders and manage follow-up for missed appointments.
  • Process participant reimbursements and monitor study budget utilisation.
  • Maintain accurate study records, databases, and regulatory documentation.
  • Support the Principal Investigator in maintaining study files and ensuring protocol compliance.
  • Coordinate communication and meetings with internal and external study stakeholders.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report adverse events, protocol deviations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, organised work environment and ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
  • Participate in training, organisational projects, and perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences or nursing
  • Possesses relevant experience as a CRC; or at least internship experience as a CRC
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Meticulous and focused
