Working Days: Any 2 full days a week between Tues - Thurs
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary: $12/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of administrative tasks for the pre- and post-residency training programme, including scheduling, documentation, and logistics.

• Support nursing services by managing programme-related materials, such as participant registrations, feedback collection, and follow-up communications.

• Handle data entry and basic reporting using Microsoft Excel to track programme progress and participant details.

• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure all administrative needs are met efficiently during the residency programme.

• Assist in all other ad hoc duties
