Temp Customer Service Officer *Office Hours* #HYNA

We are hiring Temp Customer Service Officers to support customer enquiries and administrative operations at a community service centre.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am–6.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and email enquiries professionally.
• Provide information and assistance on appointments and requests.
• Perform data entry, filing and general administrative duties.
• Track enquiries, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and follow up on requests.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Minimum O/A level
