Accounts & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties

* Assist with general administrative and accounting support.

* Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.

* Prepare, organise and file documents and records.

* Assist with checking and processing invoices and other documents.

* Assist in updating spreadsheets and maintaining proper documentation.

* Handle routine office administrative duties and paperwork.

* Assist with scanning, printing, filing and document management.

* Coordinate with internal departments on administrative matters.

* Assist with basic accounting-related tasks as required.

* Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Benefits & Requirements

· Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm (inclusive of one hour lunch break)

· 14 Days annual leave

· Office is located at Tampines (T-Space, nearby IKEA)

· Minimum O-Level / N-Level / Diploma qualification.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

· Self-motivated, meticulous & committed individual who can multi-task and work with little supervision under tight deadlines

· Fast pace working environment

· Able to start work within short notice is highly preferred
