Hydraulic Excavator Operator
Responsibilities
- Operate hydraulic excavators for excavation, trenching, backfilling and earthworks.
- Carry out lifting operations using excavators certified as Lifting Machines (LM).
- Conduct daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Follow lifting plans, method statements and site safety requirements.
- Work with supervisors, lifting supervisors and signalmen.
- Report machine defects or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Requirements
- Valid Hydraulic Excavator Operator Certificate.
- Valid LM Certificate for using hydraulic excavator for lifting operations, Excavator operator as lifting machine
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Singapore construction.
- Familiar with excavation, lifting and construction safety.
- Good safety awareness and responsible working attitude.
- Able to work overtime when required.
Advantage
- REO/SPPG certification.
- Experience in ERSS, basement excavation or civil projects.
- Class 3 driving licence.
