Homecare Staff Nurse #HYNA

Up to $4.5K + On-Call Allowance

We are hiring Staff Nurses to provide nursing care to patients in their homes across the East. Candidates with homecare experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Up to $4,500/month including allowances
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Office Hours
On-Call: Approximately 7–10 days/month

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and perform nursing assessments.
• Provide nursing procedures including wound care, catheter and tube care.
• Monitor patients' medications and conditions.
• Coordinate with doctors for medical reviews and follow-ups.
• Develop nursing care plans and educate caregivers on home-based care.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and BCLS.
• Homecare experience or palliative trained required.
• Experience with homecare providers is welcome.
• IT-savvy and comfortable learning electronic documentation systems.
