Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Community/ Healthcare #HZO

Salary: Up to $14K

Job Scope:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial advice and insights to the CEO, Board and senior management.

• Strengthen financial controls, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee audits, taxation, statutory reporting and financial policies.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, service development and revenue diversification.
• Develop financial models and business cases for new programmes and initiatives.
• Identify and pursue government grants, philanthropic funding, corporate sponsorships and other funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, healthcare providers, social service organisations, corporates and community partners.
• Conduct market and financial analysis to assess new services and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Drive innovation, cost optimisation and resource allocation to support long-term sustainability.
• Establish KPIs to measure financial performance, operational effectiveness and social impact.
• Support the development and execution of the organisation's long-term strategic plans.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
• Min. 8–12 years of relevant finance and leadership experience, preferably in a senior financial management or CFO capacity.
• Experience in community care, healthcare, social services, charity, non-profit or social enterprise sectors is preferred.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, strategic planning and business development.
• Experience in funding, grants, fundraising, strategic partnerships or organisational growth initiatives.
