Job Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with daily administrative duties
- Handle and maintain HR documents and records
- Keep track of document submission and collection status
- Ensure documents are complete, accurate and properly filed
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with paperwork and other HR-related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to spot errors or missing information
