Senior HR Executive (HRBP/TA, UP TO $5.5K) #HFT

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide HR advisory support across workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organisational development and other people-related matters.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, onboarding and employer branding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, probation, performance reviews, employee engagement, grievance handling, career development and offboarding.
• Review, develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives in line with Singapore employment legislation and organisational guidelines.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to support business objectives and foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace.
• Analyse HR trends and workforce data to identify practical solutions that enhance employee experience, talent retention and organisational effectiveness.
• Drive and participate in HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives to strengthen HR service delivery.
• Support HR projects and undertake other duties as assigned to contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant HR experience within the healthcare industry is essential.
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a lean, fast-paced and newly established environment.
• Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable managing both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
