General Manager (Commercial & Hospital Cleaning Services)

About the Role

The General Manager will take full ownership of Singapore operations and sales, driving business growth while building out the operational backbone of the company. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full P&L ownership of the Singapore business unit, reporting to regional/group leadership

• Drive new business development and sales, including commercial contracts, hospital/healthcare cleaning accounts, and project-based cleaning tenders

• Develop and manage client relationships across commercial, healthcare, and project-based segments

• Lead, manage, and develop cleaning staff, supervisors, and support teams

• Design, implement, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to professionalize and scale operations

• Set and track KPIs across sales, service quality, and operational efficiency

• Liaise regularly with regional headquarters on business performance, reporting, and strategic alignment

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including new verticals and geographic expansion within Singapore

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in operations, sales, or general management, with prior P&L or business unit ownership

• Prior experience in cleaning, facilities management, or related B2B service industries (e.g. F&B, hospitality, logistics, security services) preferred; candidates from other service industries with strong operational and sales leadership experience are welcome to apply

• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling teams and implementing operational systems/SOPs

• Existing network within the commercial cleaning, hospital/healthcare FM, or related B2B services space is an advantage

• An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
