Job Summary

You will manage daily accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective collaboration with operational teams to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting and finance tasks including managing receivables, payables, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports to inform decision-making and track company performance
• Respond to audit and tax queries by providing accurate documentation and supporting information
• Liaise with banks to execute and reconcile banking transactions efficiently
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
• Collaborate with operational teams to maintain strong vendor relationships and support procurement processes
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and yearly MES submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and finance roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic environment
