Locum Pharmacist (Clinic Setting, Office hours / West) #HBY

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: West

Working Days: Monday – Friday, Strictly office hours, any of the 5.5 days, 3-4 days per week

Working hours: 8.0-8.5 hours (Monday – Friday) / 4.5 hours (Saturday)

Salary: 40 – 50 /hr

Job Description:

• Manage multi-dose medication services and set up medication systems in new facilities.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing to patients.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to long-term care and day centres.
• Deliver quality customer service and Train and develop staff.
• Review medication charts for appropriateness and contact doctors when needed.
• Fulfil drug orders accurately and on time.
• Verify prescriptions and provide counselling to patients.
• Offer drug information to medical staff.
• Prepare extemporaneous products as prescribed.
• Maintain inventory and conduct stock checks to ensure adequate supplies.
• Supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians.
• Liaise with external doctors and medical officers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for drug handling and record-keeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in pharmacy operations
• Must have initiative, drive, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to 2-4 work days per week.
