Contract Administrative Executive - Community Partnership #HZO

Location: Jurong East
Salary: Up to $2800
Duration: Till End Dec 2026

Job Scope:

• • Provide administrative and logistical support to the team.
• • Assist with event registration and crowd control.
• • Track and maintain the team’s calendar of events.
• • Perform reporting and tracking, including vacancies, documents, budgets and claims.
• • Verify and track claims documents on a daily/monthly basis.
• • Perform data entry and data collation.
• • Prepare letters and handle printing, scanning and filing.
• • Manage receipt and delivery of documents/materials from partners.
• • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• • Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• • Good communication and coordination skills.
• • Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
• • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• • Able to work on weekends when required.
• • Able to travel islandwide for events/outreach activities.
