Finance Manager (Marine - Ship Owner)

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

•⁠ ⁠Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, and corporate regulatory requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, insurers, and government authorities.

•⁠ ⁠Manage vessel/project costing, operational expenditures, and financial performance reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Review contracts and advise management on financial risks and commercial implications.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and process improvements.

•⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor the finance team while supporting business expansion initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare management reports and present financial insights to senior management.
