Junior Marketing Executive

We are looking for..

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Junior Assistant to support our digital marketing initiatives in the finance industry, with a primary focus on Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and lead generation projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, hands-on, and passionate about digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in curating, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Support LinkedIn marketing efforts, including content posting, campaign tracking, and audience outreach.
• Conduct research and assist in identifying new lead generation opportunities.
• Track, organize, and update campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies.
• Outbound calls to verify and authenticate leads generated from collaborator and others platforms.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Local Diploma and above, in mass communication.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is an advantage (training can be provided).
• All softwares skills to edit.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms is a plus.
