Senior Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain the product backlog, translating stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, executable delivery plan
• Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through day-to-day delivery, including Agile planning and ceremonies, sprint and release planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and release governance
• Work closely with stakeholders and the Scrum team to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items
• Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of product outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Scrum team
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across internal divisions, government agencies, and third parties

Core Key Skills

• Scrum certification
• 7+ years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile-scrum delivery environment
• 7+ years leading cross-functional Scrum teams
• Experience delivering government or public sector digital products

Nice to Have

• Experience in the GovTech technology stack
• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
• Experience handling legacy tech systems
• Good knowledge of government ICT policies and standards
