6 Months Contract Renewable Finance Governance Executive

• Up to $4000/mth

Job scope:

• Review, update, and standardise finance and compliance policies across the Group.

• Develop and maintain finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and process flowchart.

• Review finance processes and recommend improvements to strengthen governance, compliance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

• Work with stakeholders to document business requirements and implement consistent finance practices across the Group.

• Support finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, documentation, and change management activities.

• Review and enhance Excel-based financial consolidation workbooks and reporting templates.

• Perform data validation, reconciliations, financial analysis, and other ad hoc finance-related project.
  

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in internal / external audit, accounting and basic financial analysis experience
• Prior exposure to finance governance, internal controls, finance compliance or finance transformation will be highly valued
• Hands-on experience reviewing or developing finance policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Good understanding of finance governance, compliance, internal controls, and finance processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a project-based environment.
