*Entry Level* Junior Corporate Services Associate (Financial) #BCX

Job Description:

• Manage corporate secretarial tasks for international client portfolios to support business governance and compliance
• Prepare and maintain accurate statutory records including board resolutions, share transfer forms, and registers to ensure regulatory adherence
• Track and monitor statutory and regulatory deadlines to proactively maintain compliance and avoid penalties
• Execute electronic filing of corporate documents with various Companies Registries to maintain up-to-date legal records
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email to maintain strong client relationships and service quality
• Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) reviews by assessing application forms to verify client identities and meet compliance standards
• Perform due diligence checks on new and existing clients to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Complete ad-hoc assignments as directed to support team objectives and operational needs

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Diploma, Degree, or ICSA holder or currently pursuing ICSA certification
